Agreement to Terms. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Haul N Azz Trailer Rentals LLC, doing business as Haul N Azz Trailer Rentals ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.HaulNAzzTrailers.com website as well as any related media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Definitions
Company: When these terms mention "Company," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Haul N Azz Trailer Rentals, which is responsible for your information under these Terms and Conditions.
Service: Refers to the service provided by Haul N Azz Trailer Rentals as described in the relative terms and on this platform.
You: A person or entity that is registered with Haul N Azz Trailer Rentals.
Services Offered
The Site offers the rental of trailers. Rentals are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
Deposits. A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Deposits will be returned if the trailer is returned without damage and with no missing equipment.
Damage. You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period.
Availability. Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. The Site does not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer.
Messaging Program
We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services. Transactional messages relate to existing or ongoing order notifications and updates, and appointment reminders. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 20 messages per month. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
Opt-In. By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and is completely voluntary.
Opt-Out and Support. You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving mobile messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. Disclaimers and Liability
Disclaimer of Warranty. The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
Limitation of Liability. The Site shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Modifications. We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Terms at any time, and any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website.
Termination. The Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site at any time, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is located.
Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Site.
